Five CNC Machine Tools Ready for Shipment, Setting Sail for Mexico to Boost Precision Manufacturing

On April 29, 2026, five high-performance CNC machine tools exported from our company to Mexico completed factory testing, rust-proof packaging, and container loading, officially setting sail for our customer's factory in Guadalajara, Mexico. This export includes CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, and wire EDM machines, models CK6130, TCK52D, VMC850, DK7745, and DK7763 respectively. These machines will primarily be used for batch precision machining of automotive parts, molds, and general mechanical components.

I. Equipment Configuration and Advantages

To meet the Mexican customer's demand for small to medium-sized high-precision machining equipment, we carefully selected the following models:

CK6130 CNC Lathe: High spindle speed, good positioning accuracy, suitable for rapid turning of disc-shaped and short-shaft parts, easy to operate, and offers excellent cost performance.

TCK52D CNC Lathe: Slant bed structure, high rigidity, smooth chip removal; equipped with an eight-position electric turret, capable of turning, drilling, and tapping complex rotating parts in a single setup.

VMC850 CNC Milling Machine (Vertical Machining Center): Three-axis linear guide, high speed and high precision; standard with a hat-type tool magazine, suitable for milling, drilling, and tapping of aluminum, steel, and cast iron parts; a classic model in the mold and 3C industries.

DK7745 Wire EDM Machine: Machining thickness up to 450mm, stable taper cutting, used for EDM of precision stamping dies, forming dies, and irregularly shaped parts, achieving high surface finish.

DK7763 Wire EDM Machine: Large stroke design (630mm), strong load capacity, meeting the cutting needs of medium and large molds and complex contour parts; equipped with an intelligent high-frequency power supply, improving cutting efficiency by 15%.

All equipment is CE certified and its electrical configuration has been adjusted according to the customer's local voltage (480V/60Hz). A bilingual (Chinese and English) operating interface and complete accompanying technical documentation are provided.

II. Supporting Customer Transformation and Upgrading

This Mexican customer is a medium-sized machinery manufacturing enterprise that previously relied mainly on old-fashioned manual equipment, resulting in low efficiency and large fluctuations in accuracy. After introducing these five CNC machine tools, a flexible machining unit will be formed: the CK6130 and TCK52D will handle turning operations, the VMC850 will handle milling and drilling, and the DK7745 and DK7763 will handle electrical discharge machining of molds and irregularly shaped parts. It is expected to increase overall production efficiency by more than 40% and reduce the defect rate to below 2%.

III. Professional Packaging and Logistics Support

Considering the humid environment and long-distance travel involved in sea freight, we have implemented multiple layers of protection for each machine tool:

Complete wrapping with anti-rust film and coating with vapor phase rust inhibitor;

Key guide rails and worktables are equipped with desiccants and waterproof covers;

Custom-made heavy-duty iron frames + fumigation-free plywood boxes with bottom shock-absorbing pads;

Four-point restraint lashing inside the container, and placement of a temperature and humidity recorder.

This shipment will be transported by full container (2 x 40’HQ) from Shanghai Port, with an estimated arrival time of 30 days at Manzanillo Port. Our Mexican partner will then arrange inland truck delivery to the customer's site. We will also send engineers to provide remote installation guidance and cloud-based commissioning support.
