Mexico customer received CNC lathe CK6140X750 and VMC300

Our Mexican customer customized our ALCK6140x750 CNC Lathe and VMC300 Vertical machine center.

Cnc lathe is used to process rotating metal workpieces. The workpiece is clamped with three grippers to rotate at high speed on the metal cnc lathe spindle, and then the turning tool is used to move the tool according to the rotating body to cut out the hardware products.

The cnc lathe machine is to fix the turning tool at a fixed position on the machine tool, and the workpiece rotates at a high speed along the main shaft under the fixation of the fixture, and is cut when it is close to the knife edge.

So flat bed cnc lathe is mainly used to process shafts, discs or other workpieces with rotating surfaces, and cnc lathe turning is one of the most widely used machine tools in hardware manufacturing.
